According to the investigation, during the interrogation in the Southern District Military Court of the Federal Security Service's securitive officer Vladimir Stetsik, who was present during the search in Prikhodko's garage, when the latter was telling that he had found explosives in the garage, the former had shouted: "You faggot, I fucked your mum in the mouth, you scum! You put the explosives in there! You'd better tell me how you planted the knife in my garage, you scum!"; During the interrogation of Federal Security Service's investigator Ivan Romanets, when he said that he does not remember the person who, disguised as a doctor, came to the detained Prikhodko and fraudulently took DNA samples from him, which later were found on the explosives, the defendant said: "It didn't happen, did it? Then why do I remember him? And why did I draw his Judeo-Armenian face for the lawyers? You don't remember anything, do you? Then how do you know under what influence I wanted to do the terrorist act? You're a complete bastard! Animal!"

Full summary
Resident of Crimea, worked as a blacksmith. After the annexation supported Ukraine. Detained on 9 October 2019 and taken into custody the next day on charges of preparing a terrorist attack. Claims that the case was falsified. On 4 March 2021, sentenced to five years in a strict regime colony.
Two episodes during the trial on the case of preparation to commit a terrorist attack became formal grounds for a case of insulting the participants of the trial. On 17 January 2023, Prikhodko was found guilty in this case, sentenced to 360 hours of compulsory labour, which was replaced by a month of imprisonment.
In August 2022, a case was brought against Prikhodko for public justification of terrorism, and in 2023 - for rehabilitation of Nazism. The cases were merged. On 10 November 2023, he was sentenced to four and a half years in prison and a fine of 110 thousand rubles.
On 22 January 2024, the court of appeal reduced the sentence by one month.
In March 2026, it became known that another case was brought against Prikhodko - on incitement to high treason: the FSB published a video with the story of an unnamed person, allegedly a prisoner serving a sentence in the same colony with him, who claimed that the latter agitated him to shoot "someone from the commander-in-chief" and surrender as a prisoner of war. Later it was reported that there was another article in the case - that of promoting terrorism.
