According to the investigation, between 2 September and 10 October 2022, he posted inaccurate information about the Russian army in a certain social network "in order to form a negative attitude to the ongoing" "special operation". He also "gave a negative assessment of the actions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and government authorities". On 10 June, Mr. Prikazchikov was fined 30,000 rubles under the administrative article for discrediting the Russian Armed Forces (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences) for publishing a video titled "Think! And Stop Being Afraid! We Have Nothing Left to Fear! Except Nuclear War! And Don't Deceive Yourselves! Putin-the-Liberator Did Not Bring Peace to the Peoples."

Full summary
The head of the Derzhava party, which advocates for "Russian socialism". He was charged with disseminating deliberately false information about the Armed Forces with a hate motive and for discrediting the Armed Forces (part 1 of article 280.3 of the Criminal Code). On 8 February 2024, Prikazchikov was sentenced in the criminal case to a fine of 250,000 rubles, while the charge was reclassified from the 2nd part of the article on "fakes" to the 1st part. However, on 16 April 2024, the court of appeal reclassified the charge back from 1st part to 2nd part of the article and altered the sentence, sentencing Prikazchikov to three years of compulsory labour and a fine of 100,000 roubles.
