Case summary
Resident of Moscow, engineer. He left for Brazil. In July 2024, he was fined twice under the administrative article on discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences). No later than April 2025, a case was brought against him for disseminating knowingly false information about the Russian Armed Forces. Pshenichnikov was arrested in absentia. On 31 July 2025, he was sentenced, details are unknown.
