Case summary
On 22 July 2021, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation announced the detention of 7 people on suspicion of involvement in an attempted terrorist attack on the territory of a police station in Kislovodsk, a city in the south of Russia, in April this year. Rabadanov was among them.
He was accused of participating in the activities of the religious association At-Takfir wal-Hijra. On 20 October 2022, the IC announced the completion of the investigation in his case and the transfer of the case to court.
