Resident of Togliatti. A case was brought against him for discrediting the Russian Armed Forces, public justification of terrorism and repeated demonstration of prohibited symbols. In March 2024, court hearings began. On 13 September 2024, under the article on justification of terrorism Romanov was sentenced to a fine of 30 thousand rubles with a ban on administering websites for two years, and under the article on banned symbols - to a fine of 20 thousand rubles. In total, he was sentenced to a fine of 45 thousand rubles along with a ban on administrating websites. The prosecution under the article on repeated discrediting of the army of the Russian Federation was terminated due to the expiration of the statute of limitations. The relatively small amount of the fine can be explained by the fact that Romanov was a minor at the time of the "offence".
