The SOTAvision media claims that Romaniuk is accused of watching Ukrainian channels and failing to remove himself from military registration while staying abroad. The defense argues that Romaniuk's involvement in the arson case has not been proven in any way: the investigation failed to establish even the sex or age of the person who threw a Molotov cocktail into the building.
