Case summary
Deputy's assistant of the Novosibirsk City Council, coordinator of the movement "Maimed Novosibirsk". Deputy Svetlana Kaverzina, whose assistant is Ryazantsev, stated that Ryazantsev does not deal with material issues in her team. In May 2023, Kaverzina reported that Ryazantsev's case was terminated due to expiration of statute of limitations.
