According to the investigation, in July 2023, being at his place of residence, using a mobile phone belonging to him with access to the Internet, in the messenger "WhatsApp", publicly, deliberately, illegally published in the column "Information", available for review to all users of this messenger, a text entry with the following content: "Death to the Rashist occupants!", which, according to the conclusions of the expert opinion, contains a call to carry out violent actions against a group of persons identified on the basis of citizenship (citizens of the Russian Federation taking part in a special military operation on the territory of Ukraine).

Full summary
A resident of Kerch. No later than August 2023 a case was brought against him for calls for extremism in connection with statements calling for violence against Russian the military personnel. On 21 November 2023 Sergei was sentenced to a year in a penal colony. Presumably, he was released in February 2025.
