Case summary

10 November 2018 detained as a result of a raid on a cafe in Khabarovsk on 10 November 2018. A case on the activities of an extremist organisation has been opened against her. Shehad to sign written undertaking not to leave Russia. She was released. On 3 August 2020, the case was returned to the prosecutor's office. On 20 June 2024, Sedova was sentenced to five years' suspended sentence. On 10 October 2024, the court of appeal reduced the sentence by one year.
