Case summary

Semenyuk worked as a lightning technician at the Tchaikovsky Concert Hall in Moscow. He supplemented the advertising projection on the hall walls with the inscription «Free political prisoners!» on the day of mass protests in support of Alexei Navalny. Afterwards, he was suspended from work and reprimanded. He resigned at his own request 3 days after the incident. Then he became self-employed and participated in the creation of performances, films and advertising.
