On 20 December 2011, on her page under the name "Maryam Zakkiyeva" she posted two photos of M.A. Vagabov, a member of the international organisation "Caucasus Emirate" (recognised as a terrorist organisation and banned in the Russian Federation) and an organiser of terrorist acts, providing them with text comments in the form of a set of quotes/borrowings from various sources. On 07 September 2012, she posted on her page the text: "We turn again to our Muslim youth. Has it not become clear to you by now that for the kafirs and murtads it makes no difference whether you are with the mujahideen or not, whether you are with weapons in your hands or not, whether you recognise jihad or not. They killed and are killing you all the same, but for you there is a very big difference: with what you will catch your own end, and the end is the truth... it will come necessarily in due time". Shabalina prepared a text article entitled "VILYAT NOKHCHIICHOY", subsequently contacted the administrators of the website ummanews.com via the Internet and agreed with them to post the said article, which was done on 10 September 2012 (with the help of this article, the collection of financial funds for I.Sh. Yakh'ev, who participated in the illegal armed formation of the international organisation "Caucasus Emirate", was organised). She conducted the collection and transfer of funds through covert means to the territory of the Chechen Republic to achieve the specified goal of financing terrorism. Specifically, the funds were intended to bribe law enforcement officials who had the ability to assist in the release of Yakhaev I.S. from custody, in order to continue his criminal activities. On November 19, 2012, she copied a video from another user on the "VKontakte" social network and posted it for public viewing. The video was recognized as extremist in February 2013. It consisted of a series of rapidly changing photo and video clips depicting members of illegal armed formations, including those on the territory of foreign states, and terrorist organizations (Umarov D.Kh., Vagabov M.A., Tikhomirov A.A., and others). The video was accompanied by a monologue of a man against the backdrop of people in military uniforms and religious chanting (nasheed) with subtitles at the bottom of the screen, as well as commentary on this video.
