Case summary
Resident of the Leningrad Region. Worked as an installer of air systems at a construction site, as a mechanic-repairman at a chemical company, as a barge skipper at a shipping company. On 22 March 2023 Shevlyuga's home was searched and he was detained. On 24 March, the court detained him on charges of organising and participating in the activities of an extremist organisation. On 19 April, he was given a preventive measure in the form of a ban on certain actions.
