Case summary
A resident of the Bryansk region. Supposedly, on 30 November 2023, he was detained and then taken into custody on charges of attempted participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation and illegal border crossing. According to the investigation, he intended to join the Freedom of Russia Legion. On 14 March 2024, Shulga was sentenced to eight years in a strict regime colony.
