Case summary
17 February 2021 detained, 19 February sent to custody on charges of organising activities of an extremist organisation. On 23 September, a preventive measure in the form of a ban on certain actions was chosen. On 28 July 2023, Symonenko was sentenced to two years and seven months of imprisonment, but was released from serving the sentence, assigning one year of restricted freedom.
