Prosecutors initiated the case because of comments on Odnoklassniki social media: "Step away, you fake cat!" and "Russian fascism - this will not be shown on government channels." The expert examiner appointed by the investigation considered these posts an incitement of violence against the Russian military.

Full summary
In September, FSB officers searched the home of a pensioner and took her to Vladivostok, where a court imposed restrictions on her freedom of movement as a pre-trial measure. A state-appointed lawyer advised her to plead guilty.
In November, Sinitsyna was sent for inpatient psychiatric evaluation. Doctors at the regional psychiatric hospital diagnosed her with “psychoorganic syndrome” and a disorder of the “schizophrenic spectrum.”
On 25 May 2023, Sinitsyna was sentenced to one and a half years in a settlement colony. She was reportedly released in February 2025.
