As previously reported by the interlocutor of RIA Novosti, law enforcers revealed a video in which a man spat several times into the St George's ribbon. According to preliminary data, the event took place on the eve of Victory Day. The law enforcers-affiliated telegram channel "ЧП Россия" ("Emergency Russia") wrote that Skutin spat on the ribbon for a donation.
