Житель Керчи. Против него возбудили дело о призывах к экстремизму в связи с постом в "Одноклассниках" с призывами к убийству российских военных. 15 мая 2023 года приговорен к полутора годам условно. 13 июля 2024 года суд апелляционной инстанции заменил условный срок сроком в колонии-поселении. В марте 2025 года Слесарев вышел на свободу.
