Case summary
Resident of Koryazhma (Arkhangelsk region), participant of actions in defence of the Shiess station, where a landfill was planned to be built. In February 2025, it became known that he was charged with repeated incitement to hatred because of his statements about the Russian military: according to the investigation, he called them cowards, traitors and turncoats. He was given a recognisance not to leave the country.
On 7 July 2025, the court sentenced him to a fine of 330 thousand rubles.
Later it became known that a case of discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation was brought against Slotin. In October 2025, Slotin did not appear in court. On 16 December 2025, he was sentenced in absentia to one and a half years in prison.
