Maxim Sokolov

Defamation (according to the verdict): On 2 March 2018, Sokolov sent an appeal to the Internet lobby of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Krasnodar Krai in which, according to the sentence, he claimed that investigator Y.V. Skvortsov, head of the department of neighbourhood police commissioners of the Shcherbinsky district of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, arrived on a call to the house where Sokolov and the OMIA's immediate response unit were located. Skvortsov invited Sokolov to "proceed to the car to give an explanation on the circumstances of the call of the police officers and the performance of their official duties". Sokolov responded by insulting Skvortsov, who was on duty, with "coarse profanity, which by its content humiliates the honour and dignity of the victim, as a police officer, in connection with the performance of his official duties".
