Case summary
Resident of Pechora (Pskov region), a marathon runner. A case was brought against him for repeatedly discrediting the use of the Russian Armed Forces. On 3 June 2024, Sukhorukov was sentenced to a fine of 110 thousand rubles.
On 29 September 2025, due to non-payment of the fine, at the request of bailiffs, the court commuted his punishment to 300 hours of compulsory labour.
