Case summary
2 October 2017 detained after a search of his house, accused of involvement in an extremist organisation. On 3 October he was arrested. In September 2018, the court returned the case to the prosecutor's office, but in November it came back to the court. On 22 January 2019, Suleymanov was sentenced to four years in a penal colony.
He was released on 4 January 2021. During the year, he is obliged to mark in the supervisory bodies and is not allowed to leave the territory of Crimea.
