During the period from 2014 to 2018, the investigation has not established more precise time and dates, acting deliberately, in order to continue the activities of the association and recruit new members, participated in meetings of members of the religious association "At-Taqfir Wal-Hijra" in the premises of the households, where they collectively discussed the activities of the association aimed at establishing the world domination of radical Islam and the creation in the Russian Federation, a single Islamic state "World Caliphate", as well as engaged in the interpretation of the prohibited in the territory of the Russian Federation, and also engaged in the interpretation of the religious organisation "At-Taqfir Wal-Hijra". During the period from 2014 to 2018, the investigation has not established more precise times and dates, while at the above addresses, members of the association, during meetings of members of the religious association, called for ignoring the laws of the Russian Federation, as well as by joint decisions declared "takfir", i.e. declared in disbelief persons who do not support the ideology of the association".
