According to the investigation, in the period from January 2021 to February 2024, contrary to the decision of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, which came into legal force on the recognition of the religious organisation Jehovah's Witnesses Petrozavodsk as extremist, he carried out active actions of an organisational nature aimed at the continuation of prohibited activities: he carried out mentoring, engaged in attracting new adherents, convened collective meetings with the use of conspiracy measures, at which the ideology of the religious organisation was discussed and prohibited activities were studied.
