Full wording of the charges
According to the investigation, on September 25, 2022, acting with the intent to rehabilitate Nazism, the individual deliberately posted on their VKontakte page material containing a certain text with a collage of four photographs from the period of the Defence of Leningrad 1941-1944. As a result of Tishchenko's criminal actions, the publicly posted information material aimed at rehabilitating Nazism became available for viewing by an unlimited number of persons. "Certain text" consisted of words to the effect that the inhabitants of the city "with great uplift and enthusiasm" had held a "referendum on joining the Great Germany".

Full summary
A resident of St Petersburg. On 5 August 2024 he was searched. He was prosecuted for rehabilitation of Nazism in connection with the publication of a satirical text about referendums in the occupied territories: he compared the situation in the self-proclaimed LPR and DNR with a hypothetical referendum during the siege of Leningrad. On 29 April 2025, Tishchenko was given two and a half years of suspended sentence.
