The investigation believes that no later than 7:00 on 28 July 2025 Dmitriev, Trunov and Semenov, acting as a group of persons by prior conspiracy, being in a state of alcoholic intoxication near Prospekt Stachek 114, St. Petersburg, i.e. in a public place accessible to an unlimited number of people, broke a lamp, ripped lamps from the roof and committed an act of urination on a tramway - the "Blockade Tramway" monument, which is a symbol of the victory of the Soviet people and its Armed Forces over Nazi Germany in the Great Patriotic War, after which they fled the scene.

Full summary
Resident of St. Petersburg. On 28 July 2025 he was detained in connection with the case of desecration of the symbol of military glory. The case was initiated after three young men came to the "Blockade Tram" at night: two of them climbed on the roof of the tram; one of them broke the commemorative plaque and several parts. From the published video from the surveillance camera it follows that the third man was standing aside all this time. The pro-government channel "Mash on Moika" wrote that one of the men also urinated on the memorial. On 30 July, the court sent Trunov under house arrest.
