Case summary

A resident of Orenburg. Telegram channel "Kuzbass without extremism" claims that he is a "regional activist of the USSR movement". In March 2025, it became known that a case of desecration of symbols of military glory was brought against him because of a publication with the image of Nazi symbols over the St George's ribbon and a "historically inaccurate inscription". The Orenburg resident was placed under house arrest.

On 25 November 2025, the court sentenced Tsarev to two and a half years in a strict regime colony.
