He met a user with the pseudonym Roman Romanovich on VKontakte, who "explained to him the goals and objectives" of the Nurdjular movement, which is banned in Russia, and sent him audio books by Turkish theologian Said Nursi, including "Brochure for the Sick", which was declared extremist in 2007, after which Tseliuk converted to Islam and, from November 2012 to February 2013, distributed the same audio recordings among social network users, and made seven reposts with quotes from the banned books
