Case summary

Accused of participation in the activities of an extremist organisation in the case of a cell of the non-existent organisation "Nurdzhular". On 7 March 2018, the court dismissed the case and ordered Tukhtamurodov to pay a court fine.

Turkish theologian Said Nursi is also being prosecuted in Uzbekistan for spreading the teachings of Turkish theologian Said Nursi. In 2011, the Prosecutor General's Office ordered his extradition to Uzbekistan, but on 23 March the Novosibirsk regional court cancelled the ruling.

In 2011, he was prosecuted in Russia under the article on calls for extremist activity.
