Case summary

On 22 October 2020, Ukhov's house was searched. Detained on suspicion of organising activities of an extremist organisation, the next day the court decided to take him into custody. On 9 July 2021, he was released on his own recognisance. On 27 March 2023, he was sentenced to six and a half years in a general regime colony. On 18 July, the court of appeal instance replaced Ukhov's real term with a suspended one.
