Case summary
Former mayor of Yaroslavl. In July 2013, Urlashov was taken into custody on charges of bribery. His supporters believe that the prosecution is related to the fact that Urlashov had widespread support of the opposition. On 3 August 2016, he was sentenced to twelve and a half years in a strict regime colony.
On 30 December 2025, Urlashov was released from the colony.
