Case summary
A resident of Prokopyevsk, a miner. According to "Kuzbass Without Extremism", he painted the abbreviation "RDK" several times on the walls of buildings, as well as on the stele commemorating the miners of the Tsentralnaya mine who died in World War II. He was detained in September 2023. The detainee allegedly confessed that he did it "on a tip-off from a foreign curator" for money. He has been placed under recognisance not to leave.
