Case summary
A resident of St. Petersburg. He was detained on 28 March 2022, and charged the following day for posting a photograph of Adolf Hitler on the "Immortal Regiment" website on 3 May 2020. The Vyborgsky District Court of St. Petersburg refused to remand him in custody. On 15 September 2022, the St. Petersburg City Court sentenced him to 300 hours of compulsory labour but exempted him from serving the sentence due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.
