Case summary
Detained on 12 November in the village of Yakshur-Bodya (Udmurtia), after a search he was convoyed to Moscow on charges of calling for extremist activity. The next court ordered Veresov to be taken into custody.
On 23 December Veresov's charge was reclassified to threatening a judge. He was released from custody on his own recognisance.
On 16 December 2020, he was sentenced to a fine of 160 thousand rubles.
