According to the investigation, with which the court agreed, from July 2020 to 27 January 2021 Vidiker held conversations in Temryuk in which he promoted the activities of banned Jehovah's Witnesses organisations, engaged in religious discussions, participated in online classes, held lectures based on Jehovah's Witnesses' religious books, read them aloud and discussed their contents with others (including the banned book "Holy Scripture. New World Translation," i.e., the Jehovah's Witness Bible). On 26 September 2022, the Temryuksky District Court of Krasnodar region sentenced Vladimir Vidiker to two years' suspended imprisonment with restriction of liberty for six months.
