Case summary

A resident of Nizhny Novgorod Region. He was prosecuted for rehabilitation of Nazism in connection with an attempt to publish a photo of Marshal Vlasov on the website of the "Immortal Regiment". Vikulov did not admit guilt and stated that he was testing the service. On 2 September 2022, he was sentenced to six months of correctional labour with 10% of his salary withheld and immediately released due to the expiry of the statute of limitations on prosecution.
