According to the investigation, on 17 August 2023, he approached a mobile selection point for military service under contract, hid his face under his T-shirt and set fire to the tent, and then stepped back, uncovered his face, began filming the fire on his phone and sent the clip to other people. Vladimirov partially pleaded guilty, but claimed that he did not know that there was a mobile point in the tent and only tried to light the room with the fire from a cigarette, and filmed the fire on his phone to come to the police the next day. The case also mentioned correspondence on Vladimirov's phone, in which he "expresses himself negatively about the current political system in the Russian Federation and Russian citizens, using among other things the words 'Putler' and 'Rashist orcs'" and "expresses readiness to join Ukrainian armed formations".

Full summary
Resident of Kirov. Detained on 17 August 2023 due to the fact that, according to the investigation, he set fire to a mobilisation tent and sent a video of the fire to his friends. The next day he was placed under administrative arrest for four days under the article on petty hooliganism (part 1 of article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences): Oktyabrsky District Court of Kirov agreed with the police that Vladimirov was "shouting loudly, using foul language, waving his arms". Later it became known about the initiation of a criminal case. On 7 December 2023, Vladimirov was sentenced to two years in a general regime colony.
