According to the investigation, in early April 2023, he posted a post that allegedly contained "unreliable information" about the actions of the Russian army. In the opinion of a linguistic expert, the post includes statements characterising the actions of the Russian military involved in a full-scale invasion of Ukraine as "criminal, invasive and connected with the killing of civilians".
