According to the investigation, no later than February 2022, having become a "guest producer" of the Navalny LIVE channel, she "joined the extremist community, being outside the borders of the Russian Federation in an unspecified place", sent video and photo materials "for further editing, editing and posting on the resources of the extremist community". At the same time, she "found Ivan Trofimov, Alina Olekhnovich, Sergei Karelin, Konstantin Gabov and involved them in the extremist community, supervised the filming of videos" and "provided financing for the extremist activities of Trofimov, Olekhnovich, Karelin, Gabov and Krieger on the instructions of the leaders of the extremist community".
