Case summary
13 April 2021 Vyushin's house is searched and he is detained. On 15 April, the court decided to send him to custody as part of the case on the activities of an extremist organisation. On 14 July the preventive measure was changed to a ban on certain actions. In October it became known that Vyushin was put a tracking bracelet on his leg. On 3 August 2023 he was sentenced to six and a half years of probation. On 30 October, the court of appeal reclassified the charge from organising activities to participation and reduced the sentence to two and a half years suspended.
