Case summary

A resident of the town of Zeya (Amur Region). On 13 October 2020, a search took place at her home. On 22 November 2021, a case was opened against Yatsik for participation in the activities of an extremist organisation. On 15 February 2022, she was given a recognisance not to leave. On 21 September 2023, Yatsik was sentenced to two years suspended sentence with a probation period of 2 years, restriction of freedom for six months and deprivation of the right to engage in activities related to the leadership and participation in the work of public organisations for 3 years. On 21 November 2023, the appeal court excluded from the sentence the deprivation of the right to engage in activities related to participation in the work of public organisations. On 27 March 2025, Yatsik was removed from Rosfinmonitoring's list of terrorists and extremists.
