According to the investigation, on May 4, 2020, using a social media profile with the nickname "Oleksandr Klats", Yusufovich uploaded the surname, name and photo of the Nazi criminal Hermann Göring to the "Immortal Regiment Online" project website, "thereby disseminating information that expresses obvious disrespect for society regarding the days of military glory associated with the defence of the Fatherland".

Full summary
Former volunteer of Navalny's campaign headquarters. On March 31, 2022, Yusufovich's home was searched, after which he was placed in a pre-trial detention centre. On April 2, he was released on his own recognisance in connection with the case of rehabilitation of Nazism due to uploading a photo of Goering to the Peter the Great website. Lawyer Ishmuratov told OVD-Info that Yusufovich was most likely not the one who uploaded the photo.
