Case summary
Resident of Moscow. In March 2024, he was searched as part of a case of "fakes" about the Armed Forces. He left Russia. Zakandraev does not rule out that he is "being investigated by the bankruptcy department of the Russian Federal Tax Service No. 22, regarding the bankruptcy case of ZAO Stalkonstruktsiya-V, in which both the judge and the tax authorities have failed to notice the embezzlement of approximately 40 million roubles from the Russian budget". On 24 December 2024, Zakandraev was sentenced to eight and a half years in absentia.
