The cause for the prosecution was: A link to a news item from the Mail.ru portal about a drone attack on Moscow in July 2023 with the comment ""The attempt was foiled"... So these freaks think that if a drone flew not into the General Staff building, or Putin's office, but into someone's private house, flat, or business centre, it means that "the attempt to attack was foiled"?! And "serious violations" is only if the skyscraper collapsed to the ground altogether?! How many more years will Russians put up with this?!!!!!"; a link to Mail.ru news about the missile strike on Taganrog with the comment "This is some kind of fucking cunt, surreal, absurd - I don't know what else to call it, and how can one feel about it?! The Defence Ministry reported that: "Russian air defence equipment detected the Ukrainian missile and intercepted it in the air." Watch the fucking video! The house in Taganrog is nothing but ruins, and the Ministry of Defence says that the missile was "Intercepted in the air"! These are the "OFFICIAL SOURCES OF INFORMATION". RUSSIANS ARE SUPPOSED TO TRUST?!!!! Orwell never dreamed of it!...".

Full summary
Resident of Moscow. In March 2024, he was searched as part of a case of "fakes" about the Armed Forces. He left Russia. Zakandraev does not rule out that he is "being investigated by the bankruptcy department of the Russian Federal Tax Service No. 22, regarding the bankruptcy case of ZAO Stalkonstruktsiya-V, in which both the judge and the tax authorities have failed to notice the embezzlement of approximately 40 million roubles from the Russian budget". On 24 December 2024, Zakandraev was sentenced to eight and a half years in absentia.
