Case summary
Head of a subdivision of Avanta Personnel LLC, instructor of the Primorsky Regional Branch of the Yabloko Party, Deputy Chairwoman of the Primorsky Regional Branch of the Yabloko Party.
In 2021, she was searched in the case of blocking roads during the 23 January action in support of Alexei Navalny, although she did not participate in the action. At that time the law enforcers used violence against the activist's husband and also seized equipment.
In 2022, Zheleznyakova was visited on the basis of an order to conduct an inspection of the premises for the presence of extremist materials and electronic devices, her laptop and phone were seized, although, according to the law enforcers, she was neither a witness nor a suspect.
On 20 May 2024, she was searched in the case of rehabilitation of Nazism because of a three-year-old post and her equipment and documents were seized.
On 12 November 2025, the court sentenced Zheleznyakova in the case of rehabilitation of Nazism to a fine of two million rubles (US$25478).
