According to the investigation, "from 13 September 2022 to 8 July 2024, in one of the Telegram communities, after reading anti-Russian propaganda information negatively portraying Russia, in particular, as an aggressor and occupier who invaded the territory of Ukraine and used violence against civilians, including women and children, the defendant left text comments, publicly called for extremist activities, deliberately, on the grounds of ethnic hatred against persons who are Russian by nationality, with the aim of influencing the consciousness, will and behavior of an unlimited number of people and encouraging them to carry out extremist activities."
