The measures were identified by Verstka, which reviewed the relevant documents in the aeronautical information system.
At St. Petersburg's Pulkovo airport, refueling will be restricted from September 2 to March 16, with aircraft to be fueled only in accordance with the flight plan and without additional volumes. Similar measures are in effect at Khrabrovo airport in Kaliningrad from June 8 to December 6.
At 15 of the 26 airports, the restrictions apply only to aircraft operated by foreign companies, which are generally permitted to refuel for a single flight. In Ufa, refueling was restricted for aircraft operating non-scheduled flights. In Orenburg and Novokuznetsk, the restrictions apply to all airlines.
The most difficult situation has developed in southern Russia, where some airports are closed because of the war with Ukraine, Verstka notes. In Krasnodar, Mineralnye Vody and Vladikavkaz, refueling was restricted for aircraft of foreign airlines. In Sochi, Volgograd and Astrakhan, restrictions were introduced for all flights.
