The investigation believes that on 16.01.2025, between 03.16 and 05.34, Abanin posted text publications containing justifications of terrorism, namely the comments "Glory to the RDK", in one of the Telegram chat rooms, which has an unlimited number of users. In addition, in his comments Abanin positively assessed the organisation "Russian Volunteer Corps", which is recognised as a terrorist organisation under the legislation of the Russian Federation.
