Full wording of the charges
The reason for the prosecution was a conflict that took place in November 2020 between a resident of the village of Karmaskaly and representatives of the Armenian diaspora. On November 7, the police, in collaboration with special forces operatives, forcefully detained several dozen people who, as reported on social media, were heading to protect a participant in the conflict. According to "Bashinform", firearms, cold weapons, as well as explosives were confiscated from the detainees.

Full summary
Detained on 13 January 2021 and taken into custody in a case of preparation for hooliganism and possession of explosives. On 22 September 2021, he was transferred to house arrest. On 10 January 2023, Abkadirov was sentenced to seven years' suspended imprisonment and a fine of 30 thousand rubles. On 12 April 2023, the court of appeal reduced the sentence to three and a half years suspended. Abkadirov, like other defendants in the case, considers the prosecution as part of the pressure on eco-activists who took part in actions in defence of the Mount Kushtau. He also claims that the explosives found during the search were planted on him.
