The reason for the prosecution was a conflict that took place in November 2020 between a resident of the Karmaskaly village and representatives of the Armenian diaspora. On 7 November, the police, together with special forces fighters, rudely detained several dozen people who, as reported in social networks, were on their way to protect the participant in the conflict.
