According to the investigation: On 29 August 2022, under a VKontakte post mentioning Putin and Medvedev, he left the comment: "They should be shot, they are monsters, rabid dogs"; On 4 September 2022, in the Daily News community, he wrote: "Pamfilova is a scum, a corrupt bitch, she should be shot"; On 13 April 2023, commented on a post about the arson attack on a military enlistment office in the town of Usinsk: "It's a pity that the woman didn't succeed. May these military recruitment offices and officers burn with a clear flame while mobilisation is going on there". Through his publications he "addressed to an indefinite circle of people with the purpose of inducing an attack on the life of the president and state officials in order to destabilise the activities and decision-making of the authorities".

Full summary
A resident of the Komi Republic. He was prosecuted for incitement to terrorism and public justification of terrorism because of several comments: in one he wrote that Putin and Medvedev should be shot, in another he wrote that the head of the Central Election Commission, Ella Pamfilova, should be shot, and in a third he endorsed the idea of setting fire to military recruitment centres. Speaking in court, Abramov explained that he was driven by resentment against the state: due to bureaucratic errors, he was able to receive his pension not in 2020, as he was supposed to, but only in 2024.
