According to the investigation, at the suggestion of an unknown person, she took part in an action against people "covering a special military operation" by drawing a picture of a pig inside a pentagram. The drawings were placed on the doors of the flats of the "Izvestia" military correspondent, employees of VGTRK, Channel One, and the "Almaz-Antey" defence holding company, as well as the exact namesake of "Komsomolskaya Pravda" special correspondent Dmitry Steshin. She received five thousand roubles for each action.

Full summary
A tattoo artist lived in Moscow. In October 2023, her home was searched, and she was taken into custody on charges of vandalism, obstruction of journalists' work and a threat of murder due to pentagrams painted on the doors of war correspondents. The threat of murder charge was later dismissed. Agibalova claims she found an advert on Avito (a Russian classifieds website), contacted the customer and he asked her to place the images on the doors of several flats. She claims she thought that occult groups would meet in these flats. On 23 June 2025, Agibalova was sentenced to three and a half years in a general regime colony. On 24 September 2025, the court of appeals changed the sentence: the vandalism charge was returned to the court of first instance, the charge of obstructing the work of journalists was partially reclassified to attempted obstruction, and the total sentence was reduced by three months. The vandalism case came before the court in November 2025. On 11 December 2025, the court decided to discontinue the prosecution due to the expiration of the statute of limitations. In January 2026, Agibalova was allegedly released from prison.
